Mayamiko Designed Presents Their Latest Collection ”Natural Lux”

The Mayamiko Designed Collection is created in an ethical production unit in Lilongwe, Malawi which trains and employs disadvantaged women and men of all ages and backgrounds as well as tailors and local artisans. Mayamiko works to support creative talents and turn them into sustainable activities.

By providing UK and international discerning and fashion-forward consumers with the choice to buy ethical goods, Mayamiko is working towards promoting growth and development of the ethical fashion industry. They believe that ethical production should not compromise the quality and unique design of the end product.

Mayamiko Designed offers unique ‘custom-made’ fashion to all its customers – just pick a style, a size and a print or plain fabric (or a combination of both!) and they will make a very unique piece especially for you. This is part of their ethical and environmental commitment to not overproduce and to encourage stylish, trendy ‘not-so-fast’ fashion: the pieces will be truly unique, you will be able to know exactly who made your clothes, especially for you, and you will definitely stand out from the fashion crowd… all it takes is a couple of weeks. Now, that’s worth the wait!

Natural Lux is the latest womenswear and accessories sustainable collection ethically made in Malawi. Fusing simple structured shapes and a touch of traditional prints, it is perfect for the modern minimalistic, fashion-forward woman, with a playful and eclectic side. Dear to wear our pieces and you will look on-trend, while having a positive impact on those who made your garments. Browse Mayamiko’s dresses, tops, skirts, trousers, coordinate sets, V necks, oversize tunics, accessories, backpacks, collars and pick your favourites!
