About Liberia Fashion Week: Envision Liberia as the next Fashion Hub! Fashion weeks hosted around the world have shown evidence of increasing tourism, as well as domestic and international sales for its hosting city; propelling the careers of showcased designers and models. Hence, Liberia Fashion Week was launched to enable this positive effect on the nation of Liberia, West Africa; recovering from its 1989 to 2003 Civil Conflicts that destroyed lives and properties.

Liberia Fashion Week Vision

Liberia Fashion Week was launched as an answer to the call for a fashion show production that focused on the needs of developing Liberian fashion industry. Liberia Fashion Week provides the bridge between fashion designers, models, photographers, advertising agencies, modelling agencies, fine artists, makeup and hair stylists, exhibitors, and entrepreneurs in the beauty, fashion, and entertainment industries.

Liberia Fashion Week strives to produce an upscale quality event with the overall goal of bringing awareness and economic growth to the local Liberian fashion industry. We work, recruit and develop talent, as well as, provide an avenue for talents to learn real-world skills in the various industries that contribute to the development of the Liberian fashion and textile industries.

As part of our commitment to the stabilization of the Liberian economy, our marketing strategy involves collaboration with Liberian owned businesses to create new sales and networking opportunities. We accomplish this by attracting customers through hosted events, marketing promotions, mainstream media and social media marketing efforts. Liberia Fashion Week, produced by Cammepa Productions, began in August 2007 at the Philadelphia Convention Center in the United States and December 2008 in Monrovia, Liberia.

Cammepa Productions Mission

Is to create opportunities in the fashion, beauty, textile, arts and entertainment industries globally for aspiring African fashion designers, models, photographers, advertising agencies, modelling agencies, fine artists, makeup and hair stylists, exhibitors, and entrepreneurs; through various events and collaborations.
