There has been quite a bit of hype and interest in this new collection by Ozwald Boateng. We couldn’t let it pass by without letting you, our readers in on this too. With a sense of androgyny and an amazing background set in Soweto this is a fantastic shoot with immaculately made product. A mix between high end luxe and the colourful townships of Soweto. Concept, colour and creation. What can we say except that we love it!

‘From the beginning I have always wanted to shoot this collection in Africa, and The ‘I Love Soweto’ shoot captured what I was trying to do so beautifully. Spring/Summer 2012 essentially represents a European take on an African aesthetic, and my African heritage coupled with the setting of Soweto really gave the concept it’s authenticity’.
