Gabon presents Africa Couture Fashion & Designer Week

Fashion season is well upon us with designers taking to the catwalk at New York Fashion Week. All eyes may be on the 4 big name fashion cities of New York, London, Paris and Milan but in the town of Libreville in Gabon, Central Africa will be the launch of a new fashion week – entitled Africa Couture Fashion & Designer Week.

Organised by Artistic Management & Sportsman, ADAMAX HOLDING COMPANY in collaboration with PENDULUM will be the first edition of AFRICA COUTURE FASHION & DESIGNER WEEK (LBV ACFDW 2013) due to take place from 11th to 17th February 2013.

This event was set up with the aim to be the leading fashion event in Africa which discovers and celebrates the dynamism of African designers in a cosmopolitan environment. It will promote the sector of fashion Africa while presenting an edition in a different country in Africa.

Among the designers that will participate in this event in the Gabonese capital, includes Romero Bryan, Eric Raisina, Martial Tapolo, Patrick Asso, John Doucet, Ely Kuame and Mariah Bocoum.
