Get Ready for FAFA 2012 this November! – EVENT

The anticipated 4th edition of FAFA (Festival for African Fashion and Arts) will be held in Nairobi on the 17th November 2012. This glamor-filled evening will showcase the very best in African fashion, merging the creations of established designers from around the continent with that of emerging talent on the catwalk.

The event will feature international guest designers of Menswear & Womenswear;  Zekaryas Solomon ( Eritrea/UK), Mudi Africa ( Nigeria)  B’ExotiQ ( Ghana),  Gloria Wavamunno (Ug), Zekaryas Solomon( Eritrea/UK).

Local designers Blackbird JeansDeepaDosajaEmbody AccessoriesJamhuri WearKaveke, KikoRomeo, Kondakis, Kooroo , Monica Kanari, RiriJewelery and Winners of FAFA Insight Jamil Walji, Azra Walji, Galina Tatarinova and OgakeMosomi.

Past FAFA Gala events have included designers such as Nigeria’s Tiffany Amber, Senegal’s MameFaguèyeBâ, Tanzania’s Mustafa Hassanali, Ghana’s Kofi Ansah, Ethiopia’s Mosaique, Uganda’s Arapapa, Zanzibar’sDoreen Mashika and South Africa’s Thula Sindi. They’ve joined local designers such as KIKO Romeo, Kooroo, John Kaveke, Betty Vanetti, Monica Kanari, Moo Cow, DeepaDosaja, Le Collane di Betta and Patricia Mbela.

    Just wanted to ask if you could check the correct spelling of Mr Solomon’s first name. Should it not be Zekaryas?
