Africa Fashion Week Los Angeles secures official beauty sponsor; signs on additional media sponsors; provides official presentation schedule
AFWLA adds LAMIK, LA’RAW and AfroStyle magazine to its growing list of sponsors in preparation for the inaugural production

Fashion design is a talent that very few are able to fully master. A designer’s longevity in the fashion industry ultimately relies on his/her ability to seemingly adhere to seasonal standards, while also raising the bar—inviting onlookers to experience another realm of creativity and influence. As such, Africa Fashion Week Los Angeles is pleased to present the following designers (listed by presentation day/date):

Thriving beauty brand, LAMIK, has also joined AFWLA as the production company’s sole officialbeauty sponsor. LAMIK will create and produce bold looks for each runway presentation. AFWLA has also secured media partnerships with two LA-based entities: LA’RAW and AfroStyle magazine. Both magazines have an invested interest in matters affecting members of the diaspora in general, and African fashion in particular.
