THE ECOLUXURY FASHION EXHIBITION – during London Fashion Week

ECO can definitely be LUXE and is being proved through ECOLUXE LONDON exhibitors’ work.

Ecoluxe London, launched by Miriam González Durántez – in September 2010, is a not-for-profit organisation promoting sustainable luxury . It has managed to become the leading ethical fashion platform in the UK . This season an international breeze sweeps through the 5th Ecoluxe London exhibition as eco-conscious brands and artists from all over the world are showcasing their work. EcoLuxe London, the bi-annual ethical luxury fashion exhibition, opens on the 16th/17th of September 2012 (Sunday 12:30pm-8pm and Monday 9am-8pm) at London’s Kingsway Hall Hotel, 66 Queen Anne Street Covent Garden, The exhibition will showcase an installation of wearable art by Tytti Thusberg with garments made of recycled surgical masks, Celluloid film and steelwool.

Their visitors will also have the opportunity to de-stress with a hand massage or mini facial courtesy of Antipodes®, a New Zealand range of certified organic and premium natural skincare favoured by Elle McPherson and Evangeline Lilly. Lucy Harvey, ethical stylist, will give styling tips to our visitors on the spot!

They will also announce the winners of the JP Selects Awards and the Ecoluxe London Competition. A one year contract with JP Selects will be given to the chosen Ecoluxe participants, while the winner of the Ecoluxe London Competition will benefit from a free space at the exhibition in the following season (AW 2013).

Created by ethical designers for ethical designers, EcoLuxe London promotes high end, 2 sustainable fashion designers and brands and is open to press and fashion buyers who are looking for high quality and exclusive brands with a conscience.
